CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,
we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive a service. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice for cancellations. We know things can happen at the last minute and we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.
As services are reserved for you personally we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount if less than 24 hrs notice is given.
This policy allows us to inform other customers of availability and keeping stylist's filled.
Thus better serving everyone.
